Akkadō (安家洞) is a limestone cavern located in Iwaizumi, Iwate, Japan. It has a measured length of 23,702 metres (77,762 ft), which is the longest in Japan.[1] The cave system is designated as a Natural monument by the Japanese government in 1980. From 1991, a portion of caverns were opened to the public for part of the year.
