Barry Hennessy (born 14 October 1989) is an Irish hurler who plays as a goalkeeper for the Limerick senior team.
Born in Kilmallock, County Limerick, Hennessy first excelled at hurling during his schooling at Ardscoil Rís. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of sixteen when he first linked up with the Limerick minor team, before later joining the under-21 and intermediate sides. He joined the senior panel during the 2014 season.[1][2]
At club level Hennessy is a one-time Munster medallist with Kilmallock. In addition to this he has also won three championship medals.
