Carole Manzel Stephens (born March 1957) has been a member of the general presidency of the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since March 2012.^[2]^[3] She was serving on the Relief Society's general board when she was asked to be the first counselor to general president Linda K. Burton.^[4]^[5]

Stephens was born in Ogden, Utah,^[1] to Carl L. and Forest Manzel.^[6] She is married to Martin R. Stephens; they are the parents of six children.
