El Qurein (Arabic: القرين) is a city in the Sharqia Governorate of Egypt. As of 2006 it had an estimated population of 64,453.[1]

Rokupr is located at 30°36′46″N 31°44′01″E / 30.6128°N 31.7336°E.[2] It has an average elevation of 26 metres (88 feet).
