Human Resources Business Solutions (HRBS), is an independent compensation and benefits consultancy that was acquired by Mercer.[1][2] Headquartered in Hong Kong, and with offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing, HRBS serves over 400 multinational companies across the Asia region.[3] Originally an employee of Mercer,[4] HRBS's founder Elaine Ng left Mercer to start HRBS, and sold the company to Mercer in 2015.
