Har Do Ab Rud (Persian: هردوابرود, also Romanized as Har Do Āb Rūd)[1] is a village in Langarud Rural District, Salman Shahr District, Abbasabad County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 285, in 86 families.[2]
