John Newey

The Very Rev John Newey (c.1665–1735)^[1] was an English churchman, Dean of Chichester^[2] from 1727 to 1735.^[3]

Elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1696, Newey died on 13 September 1735, at age 70.^[4]
