Kevin Monangai (born March 4, 1993) is an American football running back who is currently a free agent. He played college football for the Villanova University Wildcats and received All-CAA honors.

Professional career

Philadelphia Eagles

On August 1, 2015, Monangai signed to the Philadelphia Eagles.[1] On September 1, 2015, he was waived.[2] On September 15, 2015, Monangai re-signed to the Eagles' practice squad.[3] On September 22, 2015, he was released.[4] On December 29, 2015, Monangai re-signed to their practice squad.[5] On January 4, 2016, Monangai signed a reserve/future contract.[6] On May 5, 2016, he was waived.[7]

Minnesota Vikings

On August 4, 2016, Monangai signed with the Vikings.[8] On August 20, 2016, Monangai was released by the Vikings.[9]

Personal life

Monangai grew up in Roseland, New Jersey and played high school football at Seton Hall Preparatory School.[10] His brother Kyle Monangai will be a freshman at Seton Hall Preparatory School. Pursuing a place as a running back as his brother did.
