The 10th Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is located in parts of Beaver County, Butler County and Lawrence County and includes the following areas:[1]

Ralph D. Pratt Democrat 1975 – 1986 New Castle Resigned on January 8 after being elected district judge.[3]
Frank LaGrotta Democrat 1987 – 2006 Ellwood City Defeated in primary election.[4]
Jaret Gibbons Democrat 2007 – present Ellwood City Incumbent
