Tanwir Afzal (born 12 June 1988) is a Hong Kong cricketer. He played for Hong Kong in the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 tournament.[1] He made his One Day International debut against Afghanistan in the 2014 ACC Premier League on 1 May 2014.[2]

In May 2015 he was named as the captain of the Hong Kong squad for the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier after James Atkinson resigned from the post.[3]
