The Highlands Ability Battery
The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is an online vocational test to assess human abilities or aptitudes,[1][2] created and administered by The Highlands Company.
Administration
The test is given through 200 trained administrators in the United States for $400 to $600 and includes a two-hour debriefing from an affiliate.[3][4]
Format
The three-hour test scores 20 different abilities. Each worksample is timed to measure the speed with which the individual is able to do a particular series of similar tasks. The individual’s score on each worksample establishes whether a particular task is more or less easy for that individual.[5] The test taker receives a 30 plus page report with the affiliate’s analysis of the results.
