Tula Rud-e Bala (Persian: طولارودبالا, also Romanized as Ţūlā Rūd-e Bālā; also known as Ţūlā Rūd)[1] is a village in Tula Rud Rural District, in the Central District of Talesh County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,039, in 476 families.[2]
