Wilamowiczanie or Wilamowianie ([vilamɔvixaɲʲɛ], Wymysorys: Wymysiöejyn) are an ethnic group of in Poland living in the town of Wilamowice near Bielsko-Biała, who speak the Wymysorys language and have their own national costume and traditions. The name Wilamowiczanie (singular: wilamowiczanin) is for inhabitants of Wilamowice who identify themselves with the cultural society of Wilamowice.[1] Their traditions say they are descendants of immigrants from Flanders.[2] The overall population of the Wilamowiczanie declined during World War II.
