Helmer, Idaho

Helmer is an unincorporated community in Latah County, in the U.S. state of Idaho.^[1]

History

Helmer had its start when the railroad was extended to that point.^[2] A post office was established at Helmer in 1907, and remained in operation until 1929.^[3]
